Featured on the cover of leading magazine Savvy as a “Woman Achiever” for “exemplary courage and overcoming personal challenges under the toughest circumstances.”

BANGALORE
Was invited to walk the ramp as one of the city’s 25 prominent women to support the Cancer Patients Association; hosted by Shaina NC and choreographed by Hemant Trivedi.


2007
JAMAICA
Was part of the Indian media contingent invited to Jamaica to promote the Cricket World Cup, in an effort to draw visitors from India. This involved extensive travel across the country for two weeks to promote Jamaica as a luxury travel destination for Indians.


2009
THAILAND & AUSTRALIA
Was one of the seven Indian media representatives invited by the Australian Education Board to tour educational institutes in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane to promote education in Australia among Indians. On the same tour, we halted in Bangkok, Thailand, to visit a number of universities in the city.

LONDON, UK
Was the only Indian print journalist invited for the James Bond Tour in London to cover all the spots in the city where the movie was shot.

BHUTAN
Was part of the Indian media contingent invited by the Government of Bhutan to tour the country as a promotional exercise.

HONG KONG
Was the only print journalist invited by Cathay Pacific to fly to Hong Kong, when they first launched Dragon Air from Bangalore.

Invited as guest speaker to address students at Commits School of Journalism, where I spoke about my personal journey navigating the field of journalism through both positives and pitfalls.

Was one of the few leading Indian journalists invited to visit Dubai as part of their promotion campaign focused on their traditions and culture.
